Family Law Paralegal
Kearns Rotolo Law: Lebanon, NJ · Full-time, on-site (5 days/week, Hunterdon County office)
About the role
Kearns Rotolo Law is a respected Family Law practice based in Lebanon, New Jersey, recognized by Best Lawyers for our work in this area. We’re a growing firm with deep roots in Hunterdon County, and our attorneys bring decades of combined experience while continuing to build the next generation of the team. We’re seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join us on-site, working closely with attorneys on a wide range of matters while providing compassionate, professional support to clients during some of the most difficult moments in their lives.
Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Manage case files, deadlines, and court filings
- Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Organize and review financial and discovery documents
- Assist attorneys with trial and mediation preparation
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date case management records
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Prior family law paralegal experience required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; case management software experience a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with professionalism and attention to detail
- Able to work on-site, full-time, five days a week at our Lebanon, NJ office

Family Law Associate
Our growing law firm is seeking a motivated Family Law Associate to join our Lebanon, New Jersey office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to build a rewarding career handling sophisticated family law matters in a collaborative, client-focused environment. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, domestic violence, and post-judgment matters, while working closely with experienced attorneys.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Admitted to practice in New Jersey
- Organized, motivated, and detail-oriented
- An excellent writer and communicator
- Comfortable managing cases and advocating for clients
- Committed to providing exceptional client service
This is a full-time, in-office position based in our Lebanon, NJ office.
